K-6 Writing Focus Groups Celebration Breakfast at OUE
May 13th, 7:00 - 8:00 (Correct end time, Mary? I know we want to be out of there before the kids come in for breakfast. Was this the time we said we should conclude?)

Orange Juice! (from the plusses and wishes last time) :)
Coffee (Erin can bring fun creamers)

We could have George supply a small continental breakfast. Shelley
Some kind of token for everyone (Mary's great idea)
Maybe get something small for everyone as a token of appreciation - Attach a die cut with each colleague's name written on as a personalized momentum/thank you for the collaborative spirit of learning this year Love it!!!
Munch and Mingle from 7:00 - 7:15?
Meeting begins at 7:15, right? Contractually that is appropriate, right? Or should it be 7:20 for the Upper El.? Contractually we have 1 hour so if we start at 7:15 we will end by 8:15. (perhaps sooner so ECC and LE teachers have time to travel)

What created together, if anything?
What was the resulting effect of this year's collaborative work on your instruction?
What else?
Erin can create a powerpoint to guide the groups' sharing, with any documents they would share embedded right in the powerpoint.
What other priorities for the time? I'm not sure if we will have time for anything else, this will probably be plenty.
